This week's schedule
More than okay. We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and every teacher offers modifications so you feel welcome and supported. Our Chill Flow and Yin classes are a lovely place to start.
We have mats available for rent at the studio, so you can just show up. That said, bringing your own can make the practice feel even more like home.
Absolutely — we welcome drop-ins. We just recommend checking the schedule ahead of time and reserving your spot so you're guaranteed a place on the mat.
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. For our hot classes, bring a water bottle and a towel — you'll work up a good sweat.
We're at 17810 W Dixie Hwy, Suite C in North Miami Beach — tucked into a cute little center of shops and cafés. There's parking on-site, plus lockers inside.
